1. Revenue Sharing & Payout Structure
Equestrian Lens operates on a high-percentage revenue share model designed to empower independent equestrian photographers and show media teams:
- 80% Creator Revenue: You retain 80% of the gross sale price for every single digital photo license purchased through the marketplace.
- 20% Platform Fee: The remaining 20% covers cloud storage hosting, high-res image processing, automated watermarking, global CDN bandwidth, and customer payment processing fees.
- Bi-Weekly Payouts: Earnings are automatically transferred directly to your registered bank account on the 1st and 15th of every month.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Photographers maintain 100% full copyright ownership of all original photos uploaded to Equestrian Lens.
When a buyer purchases an image, they receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, social media, and editorial use. You retain the right to remove your photos, adjust prices, or sell prints elsewhere at any time.
4. Refunds & Digital Delivery
Due to the immediate digital nature of photo downloads, all purchases are final unless a technical defect with the delivered file is demonstrated. In the rare case of an approved refund, the corresponding payout amount is adjusted from the photographer’s next bi-weekly payout cycle.
